Shipping policy

All SA Baxter hardware is custom made to order. Lead times are quoted per project and orders ship only after all approvals and required payments are received.

Shipping Methods
We ship via UPS, FedEx, DHL, LTL freight, or your chosen freight forwarder.

Shipping Terms
Shipping terms (DDP, DAP, EXW/FCA) are confirmed on your invoice. Under DAP or client-arranged shipping, duties, taxes, and customs clearance are the client’s responsibility.

Packaging & Costs
Shipping costs are based on weight, dimensions, destination, and packing needs. All hardware is packaged to protect finishes; custom labeling is available.

Insurance
Orders ship insured at full value unless declined in writing. Liability transfers once goods are handed to your selected carrier.

Tracking
Tracking information is provided once the order ships. Delivery times may vary due to customs or carrier delays.

International Duties & Taxes
Unless shipped DDP, clients are responsible for VAT, duties, and import fees. Required documentation is provided with every shipment.

Damages or Issues
Inspect your shipment upon arrival. Report damage, defects, or missing items within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Storage
Complimentary short-term storage (up to 30 days) is available; long-term storage may incur fees.
